T-60 Power Armour from Fallout 4 by Bethesda Softworks. Model extracted and converted to San Andreas by Feisal AR. You can replace any pedestrian or add it to your skin.img. Compatible with DK22Pac's normal map plugin.

The model currently contains more bugs than the Amazon rainforest. These minor bugs shouldn't bother normal users unless you have extreme case of OCD.

Installation (Basic)
1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "gta3.img"
2. Search "swat.dff" and "swat.txd"
3. Replace with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive

Installation (Skin selector)
1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "skin.img"
2. Rename "swat.dff" and "swat.txd" to your desire, both must have same file name.
3. Add them (Ctrl + A or Commands -> Add) to skin.img
4. Rebuild archive

A literal pain in the arse to rip and rig. It has ~71,600 polygons. If you're interested to fix the skinning thing I can send you the mesh & textures.

Added SAPD logo for better "m-muh immersion" as the RPG crowds say.
