Focused Institute rifle from Fallout 4 by Bethesda Softworks. Model extracted and converted to San Andreas by Feisal AR.

Installation
1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "gta3.img"
2. Search "m4.dff" and "m4.txd"
3. Replace with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive

It looks like a space dildo with the most advanced arse-intruding technology.
