Maka Albarn from Soul Eater Battle Resonance by Bandai Entertainment Company. XPS model by iK1L73r, converted to San Andreas by Feisal AR. Her scythe is also included as a bonus.

You can replace any pedestrian with this skin.

Installation
1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "gta3.img"
2. Search "wfyst.dff" and "wfyst.txd" for the skin, "katana.dff" and "katana.txd" for the scythe.
3. Replace with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive

v1.1 Model re-scaled (slightly taller now), included scythe.
