Lumina from Final Fantasy XIII by Square Enix. Mesh and textures extracted by ArmachamCorp, conversion to SA by Feisal AR.
I removed some of her accessories because they cause some bugs (sad excuse of being lazy).
You can replace any pedestrian with this skin.

Installation
1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "gta3.img"
2. Search "wfyst.dff" and "wfyst.txd"
3. Replace with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive
