Violet Parr from Disney Infinity by Avalanche Software. Mesh and textures extracted by Ecelon, conversion to SA by Feisal AR.
You can replace any pedestrian with this skin.

Installation
1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "gta3.img"
2. Search "wfyst.dff" and "wfyst.txd"
3. Replace with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive

Optional 
This mod includes normal map, which adds depth, shading, and better lighting effects to the textures.
If you want to enable this feature, you need Normal Map ASI plugin which you can get here:

Extract all plugin files to your GTA San Andreas folder.
